I’m Jenn, the Founder of Merrimack River HR. I am passionate about what I do because I truly enjoy helping and supporting the success of other people and small businesses. I have always found great satisfaction in the process of hearing the challenges business owners are facing and together coming up with an action plan. HR is just like a “River”, our job is to keep employees and processes flowing so the business can meet its ultimate goals.
During my career I have enjoyed working in-house with different sized businesses, bringing a consultative approach to my HR support. From those experiences I knew I wanted to work with a variety of businesses and clients in my community to help with their unique HR challenges. When it comes to people and work, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. That is where Merrimack River HR can help, by diving into a diverse toolkit of solutions.
